This is our first time having to replace our roof. From start to finish, Steve, the owner, was very personable, concerned about our needs, and what is best for my roofing needs. He was not too pushy or tried to convince me otherwise, he was more about what's best for me financially and long term. There was a littler hiccup, but that was quickly rectified. Wow I had no extra money but needed a new roof The wind was blowing shingles off ,I had no idea I could get my insurance to pay I was stressed but the Queen team really helped me ,As a senior it's hard to trust contractors ! But The Queen team was great!!!! I highly recommend them !
