From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The Queen Team is the very best in this field, From Communication to pricing to quality of materials and service. The entire job from first estimate to completion took 12 days.❤️ With today's pricing on electricity.Stephen understood my concern about removing my solar and running on electricity.And he made sure it was back up and running so fast. I can't thank them enough. The quality of work and the communication back-and-forth the entire time was the best I've ever had from any company doing any work on my home. At the time of the estimate , I was having no issues with my roof, No noticeable leaks or water stains. I was being proactive because my roof was 20+ yrs old. I am so happy I had it done because upon removing the shingles.There were three spots on the plywood where I did have leaks, And although they were not noticeable from inside the home yet, Had I waited to see a leak inside, it would have cost so much more. The Queen Team really did a very good job on my Roof and Gutters
I had an issue with the top of my roof, an animal attempted to enter. I called the The Queen Team and right away they were out and they fixed my roof. I was very satisfied with their work.
I would recommend The Queen Team to replace your roof. It was a good and pretty seamless experience from start to finish. I appreciated the frequent communication about what to expect and help in dealing with insurance company.
This has been a long time coming, but I want to say thank you to Steve, Erika, Sommer, Rob & his sons, as well as the rest of the crew for taken on our project, doing a great paint job on our home. We weren't sure who to call, so we called Steve, and asked if they could do the job. He had Rob come over, give us a quote, we then moved forward, picked the color we wanted, and they came over a couple days later and washed the house. We had to make the color darker to get it just right, and Rob did just that, making it perfect. With the weather being fickle, rain, damp cloudy days, sun ☀, & more ☔ rain, the cedar siding had to dry out before it could be painted. Rob & his sons would show up, unexpected, on Sat, Sunday, whenever the weather co-operated, they came to get it done. Even with changes to paint the trim & fence white, Queen's prices were still reasonable with this add on. This gave our home 🏡 a nice look! So much so......that we sold it. Thank you, Queen team for taking on the work, and doing a great job!

Steve and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job on our roof! My wife & I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and concern for our needs. They started early in the morning and by 5pm they were finished. When left, my property looked like nobody was ever there.
