I originally contacted the Queen team for a roof leak. They fixed the leak and walked me through working with my insurance company to replace a wind-damaged roof. They understand the complicated requirements of working with insurance adjusters to maximize the repair. I will recommend them to my friends in the area!
I have been very impressed with the Queen Team from start to finish on my roofing project. Starting with Jalin… he’s been very patient and understanding of my needs. He explained every step to me, found why I had water stains on the interior of my home. Roofing shingles damaged from a storm. I met with the owner Steve as well and I am impressed with his down to earth personality, patience and honesty he brings to his business. My roof was torn off and new roof installed same day! So nice to have the job done in one day!!! The crew was polite and professional. I inspected my property after they left and did not find any debris. They cleaned up and left my home and property better than they found it. I highly tecvoment the Queen Team. You will not regret the decision to go with them!

The Queen Team delivery what the offer. Stephen and Jalen worked very hard to get my insurance approval to replace the roof of my house. Even to all their efforts the insurance did not cover, but I got a good affordable price. Summer was very helpful and patient through the process to choose the color of my roof. The staff that did the roof complete the task as promised. Stephen went above and beyond to assist with other matters such as my deck steps and roof for the shed that it was in very bad condition. The Queen Team should really be called the Dream Team. If you’re tired of getting ripped off by other roofers trying to make a quick buck, Steve Queen and co. are a nice breath of fresh air
